All season leases ARE FULL this year, but we are taking deposits for those who want a season lease for the upcoming 2023-24 waterfowl year. A season lease guarantees you a block of land with several hundred acres of flooded rice and/or beans in one of the two counties we farm. (Dunklin/Pemiscot)
